Policies

Cancellations
We require a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment.  If you cancel without a 24-hour notice, you will be charged half the cost of your appointment upon re-booking.  If you are a no-show or don’t call to cancel, you will be charged for the full amount of the service for which you were booked.  If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be subject to the the no-show fee, plus you may not be able to be served, or all services may not be able to be completed.  We realize emergencies happen; cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Booking/Payment
We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel within less than 24 hours or are a no-show. Once we have booked your appointment, we will be sending you a consent form for you to sign via email confirming that you agree to our new safety guidelines and policy changes. We will also have forms available at the salon upon arrival if you do not have email. For payment, we accept cash, all major credit cards and debit cards.

Satisfaction
If you are not totally satisfied with your color or cut you received at Cobalt Blue Salon, contact us within two weeks after your appointment and we will fix the problem at no charge.

Products
If you are not happy with a hair care product purchased at Cobalt Blue Salon, you may exchange it for another product within 90 days of purchase.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept products that are more than half-used.  Makeup cannot be exchanged; all makeup sales are final.
