We require a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Clients who have twice cancelled at the last minute, or do not show up for an appointment, will be served in the future on a walk-in basis only. Clients who are 15 minutes late for an appointment may not be able to be served, or all services may not be able to be completed.
We accept cash, all major credit cards and debit cards.
If you are not totally satisfied with your color or cut you received at Cobalt Blue Salon, contact us within two weeks after your appointment and we will fix the problem at no charge.
If you are not happy with a hair care product purchased at Cobalt Blue Salon, you may exchange it for another product within 90 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept products that are more than half-used. Makeup cannot be exchanged; all makeup sales are final.
